Support Service Registration
Thank you for buying one of my packages of support hours.
If you are adding these hours to an existing support account you don’t need to do anything else. I will credit the new hours to your account balance.
If you are a new client, welcome! Please follow the three steps below.
Step 1: Please complete and submit the following details
Step 2: Add me as a user to your WordPress website(s)
- Log in to your WordPress website dashboard.
- Go to Users | Add New.
- Set “Username” to lucyjd and “Email” to firstname.lastname@example.org; make sure that the “Send User Notification” box is checked; set “Role” to “Adminstrator” using the dropdown menu.
- Click the “Add New User” button.
- WordPress will now email me with access to your website admin area.
Step 3: Make a note of my email address
