WordPress Website Maintenance

Keeping your website up to date minimises the chances of it being hacked and back-ups are essential if anything untoward does happen. A recent back-up can prevent an IT glitch from becoming a business disaster.

But let’s be honest, for most of us, updates and backups are on that big list of ‘should do’ admin tasks that you rarely think about until it’s too late!

I offer a number of monthly maintenance and support packages so you can hand these tasks over to me and focus on the parts of your business that only you can do.

* Support time can be used for answering queries, addressing any problems with the website, or content updates such as text and image changes, new blog posts, and updates to page layouts.

Updates WordPress and the other software used on your website is constantly being upgraded and new versions released to keep things secure and efficient. Once a month I will check the versions of the software you are running and make any necessary updates.

Backups Websites are complicated and things do go wrong from time to time. A monthly backup stored offsite means that whatever happens you’ve got a copy of your website, safe and secure.

Support if things go wrong. If the worst does ever happen and your website ‘breaks’ we’ll reinstall it from the last saved backup.

Broken links check Broken links are frustrating for your customers and ruin their experience of your website. Every month we will check your website for broken links and work with you to fix them.
